Rockwell Automation Extends Sponsorship with Joe Gibbs Racing to 2008

“I am really looking forward to having Rockwell Automation return to my Busch Car,” Hamlin said. “Last year, they took a chance on a driver that had one Busch Series Start and a couple Truck Series starts. It was that opportunity that put me on the map. Climbing into the top-five in Busch Series points has been good, but we still have some work to do next season. I look forward to scoring my first Busch Series win in Rockwell Automation’s colors.”

Next season will mark Rockwell Automation’s tenth year of sponsorship in the NASCAR Busch Series and their fourth season as primary sponsor of the #20 Joe Gibbs Racing Busch Series Entry.

Joe Gibbs Racing has had a banner year in the Busch Series with both of their cars on the verge of finishing in the top-ten in driver’s points, which would be a first time occurrence for JGR since they expanded to two teams in 2001.
