PIT CREW ATHLETES

Kellen played football at Arizona State University. He started as a running back his freshman year, but quickly made the transition to a defensive end for the remainder of his time at ASU. Before making the move to racing, Kellen competed as an Olympic lifter after college and medaled twice nationally. Kellen finally made his way into racing through Penske and Indy Car in 2013. He eventually made the transition to NASCAR and joined Joe Gibbs Racing in 2018.
