Body Fabricator
Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble body panels and body parts for JGR cars.

Director of Sponsorship Sales
Job Summary:
The Director, Sponsorship Sales will be responsible for generating sponsorship revenue and
supporting our current partners within Joe Gibbs Racing (“JGR”) four NASCAR Cup Teams
and four Xfinity Series Teams. The Director, Sponsorship Sales must be highly motivated,
collaborative, and willing to work within the team environment to help JGR meet or exceed
our sponsorship goals. We are seeking a strategic thinker for this role who will work
creatively to provide solutions for our partners. This position will report to the Vice
President of Sponsorship Sales.
Responsibilities:

Identify, cultivate, and develop sponsorship programs with potential new partners by networking, developing proposals, generating leads (including cold calls), and conducting presentations.

Establish strong working relationships with companies to understand their marketing goals and initiatives
-
Lead and/or assist the sales process from discovery to account development, negotiations, and closing
-
Build and maintain a network of prospective clients and agency contacts across the sports industry
-
Collaborate with other departments within JGR to build out sponsored programs, including Digital/social media, Communications, Data and Analytics, and Partner Activation
-
Lead efforts to identify business to business & cross promotional opportunities between JGR partners as well as new companies that align with our existing family of partners

Participate in weekly sales meetings

Maintain accurate data in CRM and update activity and information in sponsorship database as appropriate

Serving as at-track representative for VIP guests and potential sponsors.

Entertain VIP guests, corporate directors and program managers at track
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related field

5-10 years of sponsorship sales experience

Simulation Development Engineer
Job Summary:
As a Simulation Development Engineer for Joe Gibbs Racing, you will play a key role in the development, application, and support of predictive multi-body vehicle models, simulation tools, and driver-in-the-loop vehicle models. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of high-level simulation software engineering experience, centering around vehicle simulation, modeling, and validation. A high concern for quality, an ability to independently produce high-quality results, and skills to manage and process high volumes of complex data are necessary.

Typical Responsibilities:

Work as a part of the Simulation Development Group to develop and validate high-fidelity vehicle models and simulation tools

Craft programming solutions to grow model capability and accuracy while improving the user experience.

Develop and refine testing practices to improve model characterization

Provide technical support and troubleshooting of complex simulation software in a fast-paced environment.

Process data and perform regression analysis to develop vehicle models and subsystems

Support trackside and performance engineering groups with the use and interpretation of generated models and simulation outputs

Work collaboratively with other simulation and software developers both within and outside Joe Gibbs Racing

Work with race teams and performance engineering groups to guide development direction

Organize and communicate important information related to the rapid evolution of simulation specifications and models

Attend track and lab test events to assure proper data collection and perform on-site validation

Gather feedback from application engineers to guide continuous improvement initiatives
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

BS in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.

At least 3 years' experience in professional simulation software development, particularly vehicle simulation.

Appreciation of vehicle dynamics theory, efficient modelling & coding practices.

Experience with full-vehicle simulation application and analysis

Extensive experience in numerical methods

Demonstrated skills in programming language such as MATLAB, Python, or C

Experience with multi-body model development is desirable

Mechanical Engineer
Job Summary
As a Senior Engineer in the Vehicle Design Group at Joe Gibbs Racing, you will play a direct role in the development, implementation, safety, and reliability of our racecars.
Primary Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Candidate must have a minimum or 8 years of vehicle systems, design, and/or development engineering experience for a top-tier motorsports program, i.e.: NASCAR CUP or Xfinity, IndyCar, WEC, IMSA Prototype, F1, or Formula E.

Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited university. Preference will be noted for candidates with higher degrees.

CNC Machinist/Lathe Operator

JGMS is looking for a qualified person with expertise in multi-axis machining of metal parts with complex geometries. We produce machined parts for the automotive, aerospace and industrial industries. This individual will manufacture various items using a variety of CNC milling and manual machining equipment. We are currently looking for one candidate in our multi axis machine area and two candidates in our lathe department. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Operate CNC milling equipment to manufacture parts to print and instructions provided. Adjust or operate machine tools used to perform precision machining operations.

Complete accurate and timely system transactions.

Communicate with other departments (Quality, Engineering) and Production Management, in order to resolve problems, improve processes and increase efficiency.

Follow company established quality procedures.

Other duties assigned by supervisor as needed.
Job Qualifications
