E-Commerce & Retail Coordinator
Position Summary:
This position requires a highly motivated self-starter with a love for details and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 – 5 years of e-commerce experience along with prior experience in a brick-and-mortar retail store. Must be able to work both independently and effectively within a team environment. You will work closely with Licensing and merchandising teams to enhance the online presence.
Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the Shopify online sales platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving online sales growth. This role requires the following:

Implement e-commerce strategies tailored to the Joe Gibbs Racing fan base leveraging the team’s brand to foster sales and team loyalty.

Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure that the online store reflects the latest memorabilia and merchandise including apparel, accessories and hardgoods.

Vehicle Test & Instrumentation Engineer

Job Description:
As a Vehicle Test & Instrumentation Engineer at Joe Gibbs Racing, you will be responsible for managing data acquisition systems and instrumentation for systems and race-car testing, both on and off the track.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all track test instrumentation and data acquisition (DAQ) requirements, including installation and test support.

Develop and maintain instrumentation setups for track tests.

Analyze collected data to identify and resolve instrumentation hardware or software issues.

Configure and develop instrumentation based on test requirements.

Manage inventory of data acquisition equipment, harnesses, and wiring looms.

Utilize best methods to acquire data, including Dewetron, National Instruments, Motec, and Cosworth systems.

JGMS is looking for a qualified person with expertise in programming multi-axis machines. We produce machined parts for the automotive, aerospace, and industrial industries. This individual will program and manufacture various items using a variety of CNC machines.
Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Test Support Engineer
Basic Function
The Test Support Engineer divides time between acting as a race engineer for the test team, by providing technical support at track tests, and supporting various other types of lab tests and analysis tool development. The Test Support Engineer may serve as a research and development engineer at events where JGR may test drivers, development components, systems, or analysis methods.
Job Duties
-
Assist Test Manager with development and execution of test plans.

Develop vehicle setups via a vehicle dynamic simulation tool suite as well as communication with race teams and TRD.
-
Analyze data at track and lab tests.
-
Assist in developing new test data analysis, tools, and techniques.
-
Document test activities, sensors, and system development via written reports.
-
Record pertinent information including drive comments, performance metrics, car changes, and ensure robust documentation.

Assist the Engineering Department with the development of test methods and procedures and the facilitation of such tests,to include but not limited to:
Track tests (with TRD sensor systems)
Vehicle dynamic tests
AVCS testing
Chassis and driveline testing
Misc. bench tests

Use engineering tools (simulation & other) to aid decision making process.

Develop tools to aid in the validation of vehicle dynamics simulation tools.

Communicate “problems” encountered at the track with the Engineering Department and provide direction for the resolution of such problems.

Act as liaison between Engineering Department, Test Team, and Race Teams.
